Basics In Yoga, BreathWork and Meditation.

BreathWork is the practice of breathing specific patterns in order to consciously alter your mental, physical, and/or emotional state. 

Meditation helps quiet your mind and allows your anxiety and depression to decrease while feelings of contentment arise.

Yoga is the container of it all. We live and move intentionally to feel better and live better.

You will learn how to decrease:

o   Feelings of stress and overwhelm

o   Anxiety and depression

o   Fear and anger

o   High blood pressure, insomnia, fatigue, burnout and exhaustion

o   Overall sense of well being

SPRK System Membership

A series of classes each month, offered to you to help overloaded women who are feeling dissatisfied and fearful in this part of life. We help by igniting creativity and play inside of you. We use breath and meditation, movement and education so that you feel connected deeply to yourself and your needs.  You will learn how  to do what you need to do to meet your needs.

Just Gentle Yoga…..relief in an hour!

Relief is just 60 minutes away!

It IS gentle and it IS challenging.  We have a little more meditation and breath work in this class than in the others.

Every class is skillfully crafted to give you the most relief and hope as you move through the rest of your week. Nothing is willy nilly here. ;)

You will need 2 yoga blocks (foam is best!) This class is inspired by the LYT Yoga method (The only Yoga method created by a Physical Therapist) and is the most effective way to get and maintain optimal musculoskeletal health. It is good for your bones, soft tissues, muscles, and even your nerves!
